We've had developers working in the Rule Enginee with no issues for the last few weeks.
Yesterday, the workbench in our 300 client started playing up.
The workbench loads correctly, and you're able to use certain features:
As soon as you click on the 'Search' button, the screen becomes totally unresponsive:
Interestingly, it will work correctly when you test the service FDT_WD_WORKBENCH_DEPLOY:
Note: This does not happen in our 100 client.
Things we've tried to resolve:
- Assign SAP_ALL to users testing - has confirmed its not an auth issue.
- Confirm client settings.
- Analyse short dumps in the system.
- Deactivate & Reactivate the FDT services.
- Restart ICM.
- Bounce server.
Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated.
