So it's not migration issue , right ? if you have a simple MBO could demo your issue, I'd like  to look into it if you could send me (gong.yan@sap.com)  your project to see if I could reproudce it on my tooling.   or you can still contact technical support to create a issue, they will assign it to a developer to take care of it.
