Hi,
Have you copied the complete Data Base to the Destination or only CMS DB instance ?
If it is only CMS DB: ADmin pwd, cluster key should be same.
if it is complete DB: DB User ID and Pwd, ADmin ID, CLuster key should be same.
As per the screenshot you are trying to modify the installation or doing the new installation, below is the process to replicate the platform with the another CMS DB.
Change the cluster key and cluster name and admin pwds once you connect to the CMS DB
