As Amit said universe is just a logical layer and just exist to reduce the database complexity from end users...
Universe never stores any data and it is just a semantic layer to hide all complexity..
Please search and go though Universe tutorials before creating a new thread.. aslo this question should be posted in semantic layer space rather than dashboard space....
