You can actually see what data is being loaded from the MultiProvider to your BPC cube..
Try downloading the data from the MultiProvider in flat-file format, then you can try a flat file upload to your BPC cube and check what are the rejected/skipped records, so that any change required in the conversion file can be incorporated.
